FAQs

Orders:

(1) Log in to your account: If you do not have an account with us, you may continue to shop as guest. We strongly suggest you to register as a member for easy repeat purchase & future promotions.
(2) Browse the products via the category/brand or search for your desired products. Read through the product details followed by choosing your delivery mode and adding it to your shopping cart.
(3) To access your cart page, click on My Cart and select View My Cart.
(4) Select Checkout and fill in your shipping/billing address and proceed to make payment.
(5) Done! You will be directed to order success page and receive an order confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed successfully.

Payment:

The listed payment methods are available for making purchases through DAPSingpaore 1) Credit Card : Mastercard, Visa Card payments are processed electronically through Paypal.
2) Paypal : If you already have a paypal account, this option can be selected for purchasing.
3) Paynow: You can scan the QR code for the payment.
4) Direct Cash deposit: This process is done by ATM cash deposit or I-Banking to our DBS account. Keep the payment receipt for reference. For Paynow & cash deposit, please contact us after the payment is made and we will process your order manually.

Shipping option:

Courier delivery: There is a flat delivery fee in Singapore and the order will be delivered through courier directly to your address. Order amount over S$90 will receive a free delivery offer.

Delivery Time:

You can expect to receive an order within 3 to 6 working days if you are in Singapore. International delivery will require a longer time.

All products sold on DAPSingapore are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised manufacturers, distributors and brands.

Product Warranty:

Individual products will have different terms of warranty, please refer to each product description. Register on line by filling the warranty form.

7 Days Money Back Returns:

To make a return/exchange, please fill in and submit the ONLINE RETURNS FORM and our customer service representative will be in touch with you for more information and instructions on the return/exchange.

The return must adhere to and include:
Within 7 days of self collection or delivery
Guarantee card, Valid tax invoice or receipt
Free gifts, full accessories, vouchers and products in a bundle
Original packing in good condition with price tag, No Broken seal and unopened

Product(s) will be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out. All products must be returned with reasonable care (such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/packaging). If your refund is approved, you will get your refund back based on your original mode of payment (rules apply). Refund will only be processed once we have received your item(s). We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind reasons once the transaction is successful. Approval for refund is at the discretion of the management. Certain categories/brands are not subjected to the 7 days returns policy
